Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the basis on which products are sold through BuyToysOnline.co.uk. Nothing in them removes your statutory consumer rights.

1. About us and these terms

These terms apply when you purchase goods from BuyToysOnline.co.uk. Our contact address is 56 Carisbrooke Drive, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 7JD. If you need to contact us, please use our contact page.

2. Products and product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens and production batches. Where a product is supplied in assorted colours or designs and the listing does not offer a specific choice, the design supplied may vary.

Age guidance, dimensions and safety information shown on product pages should be checked before purchase and use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and the price shown at checkout is the price charged for the goods, together with any applicable delivery charge. Payment must be authorised before an order can be completed. We currently use third-party payment providers, including PayPal, to process payments securely.

4. Orders and the contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. A contract is formed when we accept the order. We may cancel or refuse an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing/error issue or we cannot reasonably deliver to the address supplied. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

5. Delivery

Our current UK delivery charges and expected timescales are set out on the Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained on our Returns & Refunds page. These terms do not limit rights you have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.

7. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem in accordance with your statutory rights.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

9. Privacy

How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
