When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. Most UK orders should arrive within 5 working days of the order being placed, although delivery can be sooner.
Busy seasonal periods, bank holidays, severe weather or carrier delays can occasionally affect these times. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.
How will my order be sent?
We use trusted UK delivery services and select the most appropriate carrier for the size, value and destination of each parcel.
Where tracking information is available, it can be supplied so you can follow your parcel after dispatch.
What if nobody is home?
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier will normally provide instructions for redelivery, collection or another available delivery option. Please follow the carrier's instructions using the tracking or delivery information supplied.
