Returns Policy

We are happy to accept any item to be returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a product return, the item must be returned in an unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging must be returned. 

If it has been more than 30 days since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. Sorry!

To return any item to us, you must request a returns form which is available by emailing us at returns@buytoysonline.co.uk. 

What happens when we receive your return

Once your return is received we will then inspect the return. Once inspection is complete, we will advise by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return has been rejected, we will advise why this is the case. 

On approval of your return being accepted your payment will be returned to your original payment method, usually within 7 working days. 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items in the event of them either being damaged or not working correctly. For all exchanges, please email us at returns@buytoysonline.co.uk and one of our friendly team will review your email and respond within 2 working days.
