Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind, received the wrong item or found a fault? Here is how returns and refunds work.
Changed your mind?
You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging and is suitable for resale.
For online purchases, UK consumers also normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After telling us you wish to cancel, you then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us before returning the item and tell us what has happened. Photographs can help us resolve damaged or incorrect deliveries more quickly.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our 30-day returns policy.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed by us, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund on your account.
Where a statutory cancellation applies, refunds are made within the timescales required by UK consumer law once the returned goods, or suitable evidence of return, have been received.
Please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return instructions. This helps avoid delays in processing your return.
